When you request an assessment, we collect the contact information, service selection, property location, and project details you enter. We also record the location page where the request started and the selected offer, if applicable. We use this information to respond to your request, assess service availability, and coordinate the next steps.
How requests are handled
Requests are stored in the website’s private WordPress administration area for authorized staff. A notification may also be sent to the business’s configured email address. Please do not include sensitive personal or financial information in the project details.
Site operation
The form uses a security token and temporary abuse-prevention measures. The website uses locally hosted fonts and images. Location pages include Google Maps. Loading or interacting with a map connects to Google, whose privacy policy applies to that content. Links to other websites follow those sites’ privacy practices. Administrators’ login cookies are used to operate WordPress.
